1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92ab ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://92ab.org and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised URLs.

1.2 By completing the 92ab registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on any game or sporting market offered through the 92ab platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 92ab platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 92ab employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 When registering your 92ab account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes at any time during the life of your account.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92ab login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 92ab will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 92ab immediately through our 24/7 live chat support. We will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.5 92ab reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.3 Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. 92ab reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the player's typical transaction history or where there are reasonable grounds to conduct further identity verification.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6. Casino Gameplay Rules

Each game runs on certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") technology that is independently audited for fairness. 92ab does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during an active round, the outcome of that round may be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's balance. 92ab accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's end.

• The bet was placed after the relevant event or outcome had already been determined.

7.4 In-play bets are accepted at 92ab's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event without notice. 92ab does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets throughout any sporting event.

7.5 Winnings from settled sports bets will be credited to the player's 92ab wallet balance within two (2) hours of the relevant event's official result being confirmed. For markets dependent on official statistical services, settlement timelines may extend to twenty-four (24) hours.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 92ab provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard. These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session duration alerts, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92ab platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of a human player;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;

9.2 Where 92ab has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above conduct, it reserves the right to suspend access to the player's account, freeze withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable legal obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 92ab platform — including but not limited to the 92ab brand name, logo, platform design, software code, game content, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92ab or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92ab platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 92ab content without prior written authorisation from the Company.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92ab's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 92ab shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 92ab's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 92ab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where the player has breached these Terms, where required by regulatory or law enforcement authority, or where the Company determines that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform.

12.2 Upon closure of an account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

12.3 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, underage play, bonus abuse, or money laundering — 92ab reserves the right to withhold any or all of the account balance pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, to forfeit that balance in whole or in part.

12.4 Players may voluntarily close their 92ab account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course before the account is closed.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 92ab holds its international gaming licence.
